Planning a wedding can be very fun and exciting, but it also requires attending to many details, which can be overwhelming. The last thing you want is for your wedding day to arrive and discover that you have forgotten to take care of something important for your big day. When planning a wedding, don't forget these important details:

Seating Chart

When you're expecting many guests at your wedding reception, a seating chart will ensure that people don't experience any confusion trying to figure out where to sit. A seating chart will also allow you to place family members, such as parents, siblings, and grandparents, at head tables close to where you will be sitting. After planning your seating chart, make escort cards with each guest's name and table number that will be displayed at the entrance to the reception.

Guest Book

A guest book can become a great memento to remind you of all of the friends and family members who came out to celebrate the beginning of your marriage. You can elect to have a traditional guest book, or get more creative by having a photo booth and asking guests to place their photos in a scrapbook next to their comments. Typically, you will choose a guest book attendant who will let guests know about the guest book and make sure that everyone signs it.

Transportation

If there is one day where you should ride in style, it is your wedding day. Limo services are a very popular mode of transportation for weddings, and there are a variety of types and sizes to choose from. It is not uncommon to have a limo to transport the parents, as well as both bridal parties, and the bride and groom. Make sure you reserve the right number of limos, and be clear about what time you need to arrive at your wedding venue. Don't forget to also arrange for limo transportation such as American Sedan Service for you and your new spouse for when you exit the reception.

Exit Plan

Don't forget to plan your grand exit with your new spouse. Decide how you would like it to be announced, and choose any music that you would like to be played. As your guests line up to see you off, you may want to provide bird seed, bubbles, or sparklers to create a memorable scene. Make sure the limo company that you hire knows exactly where you will be exiting from so your limo will be ready and waiting for you.
